 Nancy Ciancio
Reverse Mortgage Coordinator
Ms. Ciancio was
hired by Interate Mortgage Corp. to assist
Arthur Kohler in developing the Reverse Mortgage
Department. Currently, she is the Supervisor of
the Processing and Closing Department. In
addition, she is the Customer Relations and
Servicing Manager. She works closely with all
the Reverse Mortgage Advisors in obtaining the
best possible program for their clients. She is
readily available to answer any questions and
concerns their clients may have.
Nancy advocates an
open door policy for all past clients. “We do
not end our relationship with the borrower at
the closing table. Everyone is welcome to stop
in at any time whether it be for help or just to
say hello.”
